Reporting tools.

Board, management, consolidation and valuation reporting for multi-entity groups. Shown with sample data.

An AI-first finance function.

I don't buy a tool for every problem. I build the ones my team needs with Claude, train the team to use them with judgment, and keep controls in every one. The figures below are live animations shown with sample data.

06 · A final note

If you've read this far, let's talk.

The sections above show the numbers, the tools and the five roles behind them. What they can't show is how I work: as part of the team, in whatever seat the business needs. I turn numbers into decisions and build the systems that keep those numbers right long after the deal has closed.

I've spent more than ten years in finance, mostly where it's hardest: multi-entity groups across several jurisdictions, at the moments when the numbers decide whether a company gets funded, sold or saved.

If you're preparing a raise, a transaction or a turnaround, or you want a finance function that runs on AI with controls built in from day one, I'd like to hear about it. Thirty minutes is usually enough for both of us to know whether I'm the right fit.
